Andrea Weber Steckly – Violin, Vocals
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Music in Performance from University of Toronto, and a Master of Music in Performance from University of Western Ontario. She has played with the KW Symphony, the KW Musical Productions pit orchestra, and is Concertmaster of the KW Chamber Orchestra. Andrea is also involved in diverse styles of church music and notably, played in the worship band for Mennonite World Conference in Paraguay in 2009. She sometimes fiddles at square dances, and has played her electric violin in classic and Celtic rock bands. Andrea has extensive experience teaching violin and piano.
Steve Martin – Electric Bass, Vocals
Steve has played bass since his teens in many groups and settings, and has an encyclopedic knowledge of music of all styles, including Christian music. He has performed extensively in the K-W area and beyond with local musicians including Peter Shaw, Kevin Coates, John B. Miller, and many others. Before his recent retirement, Steve worked as a social worker for Waterloo Region. Steve plays bass for the 11:30 Choir at St. Louis Church in Waterloo.
Donna McLellan – Guitar, Vocals
Donna has played guitar for most of her life, and has extensive experience directing musical groups made up of children and adults. Donna has a degree in music from the University of Waterloo, and has performed professionally for numerous private and public events. She sings, plays guitar, and directs the 11:30 Choir at St. Louis Church, and directs the children’s choir at the school where she teaches primary-age children.
Joe Orlando – Upright Bass, Guitar, Percussion
As a working bass player, Joe has performed and recorded with many artists and bands in styles ranging from Pop/Rock to Jazz to Latin. Joe has been the bass player for Double Exposure, Coming Of Age, and most recently, Lipstick Scream, as well as a variety of freelance work. Joe mentors new generations of musicians as a private instructor, teaching bass and guitar in his studio. He is currently the bass instructor at the University of Guelph. Joe has a Diploma in Applied Music from Mohawk College, and has studied with Willie Jarvis, Mike Farquarson and Steve Wallace.
